We at JME pride ourselves on our aftercare service. We offer a full one year return to base warranty on all JME manufactured products and aim for the quickest turnaround we can possibly achieve in order that your inconvenience is minimised.
Also our facility caters for all "out of warranty" repairs and servicing for our JME customers across all of our manufactured product range. We also have a dedicated team of engineers, with over 40 years experience in the field, who can offer a one to one service regarding any technical enquiry you may have. JME also offer training on JME products (fees applicable)
